Quondam Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
-HR department is very friendly and helpful -Yearly Christmas bonuses -Associate attorneys are ever bachelor to talk and/or help -Good to grow your resume and become different types of personal injury experience -Benefits are pretty good
Cons
-Huge plow-over charge per unit -Extremely toxic workplace -Management screams at people over mistakes in forepart of the whole office -Owner and lien coordinator get into screaming matches all the time -Master staff is one family, huge corporeality of nepotism betwixt them. If one of them makes a fault, there are no repercussions. NOT the same for any other employee. I have also seen ane employee who is a family member leave for four straight hours multiple times on tasks/errands that should take an 60 minutes tops. The amount of favoritism is disgusting. -Huge workloads, between 70 and 100 cases per worker. They patently do not sympathise how to say no to a case and won't hire new employees apace enough to loosen the load. -One time someone quits, very very toxic and harsh words are said by direction to other employees. Some of them have been friends of mine and it is extremely unbecoming. -They force you to work extra difficult for regularly promised pay raises. Also sometimes determine to not give you what is promised based on their personal unfair standards of excellence.

Pros
I only interviewed here but that was enough for me. I've been in big reputable firms and decided to become to smaller firms. It's a beautiful office just no where nigh serious or to build a career in, this is a stepping rock for people. If you want a professional identify exercise not apply. I spoke to Hour who was simply hired and is not fifty-fifty on the staff website and I know people from here that mentioned they switch roles all the time. For HR to be brand new no longer than a calendar month is a terrible fashion to introduce yourself to someone looking for something serious. Also, for people who have experience they volition underpay you than what reputable firms will give you, so aim high! You can do it!
Cons
Everything was bad from their management HR role. The chaser was swell to speak and vibe with but this is not a serious nor professional person identify at all. Do not waste product your time if you accept a degree/certificate and experience you deserve meliorate. As well, god forbid you take your time to determine if y'all want to piece of work hither or not. If you don't have the position on the spot they will accept it personal and mention how they didn't similar you to begin with. So if you interview and they rent y'all on the spot and yous desire to take your time to weigh your options, then do yourself a favor and not apply. I was mistreated and belittled for taking my fourth dimension, a professional environment would not take it personal as people have to take their time to make career decisions mind you it took me two days to make up one's mind. As well the benefits are crappy, similar I said aim higher, you may recollect you won't get a position at bigger firms but you will. HR Is not professional person and I tin can simply imagine how the environment is when your in there.
